Il Pozzo Romano is located just outside Vetralla, a village of 13,000 inhabitants in the Etruscan province of Viterbo, Latium (Italy). We are just 65 km north of Rome on the Via Cassia.

COMING FROM ROME CITY CENTER OR SOUTH PART OF ROME OR FROM ORTE-VITERBO HIGHWAY:
Reach the SS2 bis CASSIA road. Drive until Km 68 of that road and then turn and take the SS1 bis AURELIA (direction Monteromano, Civitavecchia). After about 1 and 1/2 Km turn right for 'Località Pian della Noce' (at the Km 28 of SS1 bis Aurelia). Follow the direction 'Località Pian della Noce' (turn right again at the signpost after about 100/200 meters). After about 1 Km turn right again when you see our roadsign 'Il Pozzo Romano' (continue until the end of the road for 350 meters). COMING FROM LEONARDO DA VINCI ROME AIRPORT (FIUMICINO) OR FROM ROMA-CIVITAVECCHIA HIGHWAY:
After the highway Roma-Civitavecchia take the SS1 Aurelia highway until the junction with the SS1 bis Aurelia road in direction Viterbo and Vetralla. After about 30 Km (passed the village Monteromano) turn left for 'Località Pian della Noce' (at the Km 28 of SS1 bis Aurelia road - before the center of Vetralla's village). Follow the direction for 'Località Pian della Noce' (turn right again at the roadsign after about 100/200 meters). After about 1 Km turn right again when you see our roadsign 'Il Pozzo Romano' (continue until the end of the road for 350 meters).
